Migration 2024, the first click day on Monday 18 March

Applications are now open for non-seasonal subordinate workers from countries that have agreements on migration with Italy

From 9.00 am on Monday 18 March, through the Services Portal – One-Stop Immigration Desk of the Ministry of the Interior, the first applications can be submitted to bring foreign workers to Italy and hire them within the quotas authorized by the government for 2024.

This click day is dedicated to non-seasonal subordinate workers for certain work sectors, citizens of countries that have cooperation agreements with Italy on migration matters.

The sectors involved are: road haulage of goods for third parties, construction, tourism-hotel, mechanics, telecommunications, food, shipbuilding, passenger transport by bus, fishing, hairdressers, electricians and plumbers.

The countries that have agreements with Italy are: Albania, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Korea (Republic of Korea), Ivory Coast, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Philippines, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Japan, Jordan, Guatemala, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Republic of North Macedonia, Senegal, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tunisia, Ukraine.

The entries for non-seasonal subordinate work authorized by the government for 2024 are 61,250. An interministerial circular has been published with the implementing provisions and some operational indications on click days.
